We had Craig Pinder deliver our training this morning, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Craig was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and approachable, making what could have been a fairly routine training session genuinely interesting and enjoyable. He delivered the information in a clear and engaging way, encouraged participation, and made sure everyone had the opportunity to ask questions. We all came away feeling that we had genuinely learned a lot and, more importantly, understood how to apply what we had learned in practice. Really great fire training session. The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging and explained everything clearly, with a good mix of practical advice and useful information. Myself and the staff had such a great experience with fire training, we learned so much about different types of fires and what fire extinguishers to use on each fire, also in-depth fire drills and fire evacuations, we have much more knowledge now and confidence to help if there was a fire or even a drill to take charge and help the situation
