The fire safety training improved my understanding of how to prevent fires and respond appropriately in an emergency. I learned the importance of identifying potential fire hazards, keeping fire exits and escape routes clear, and reporting faulty electrical equipment or fire safety concerns promptly.

Normally training is boring and long winded however, Craig made the morning\afternoon very engaging and was thorough with his teaching. It was basic, precise and clear of what needed to happen and when. The video clips and information supporting the video clips allowed me to learn through clear instruction. Visually seeing the damage that can occur from a fire enhanced my learning experience. Being given the opportunity to actually use a fire extinguisher helped with my confidence with fire management. Craig was a pleasure to listen to and would recommend him to any care home for fire training.

The training was enjoyable, engaging, and informative. It covered everything we needed to know and helped us feel more confident about identifying fire risks and understanding the appropriate actions to take in the event of a fire. Mr Mark was an excellent educator who explained everything clearly and demonstrated the practical procedures effectively.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Fire Safety Training!

Mark delivered an excellent fire safety training session for our hotel team. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and engaging throughout the session.

He explained everything clearly, making the training easy to understand and ensuring everyone felt confident about fire safety procedures and emergency situations.

The practical demonstrations were particularly useful, and Mark took the time to answer all our questions.

A very informative and well-organised session. We would highly recommend Mark to any business looking for professional fire safety training.

Thank you, Mark, for a fantastic session!
